From I-95 North: Take Wilson exit 121 and turn left onto Hwy. 264 East Alt. and follow to the fifth stop light at Forest Hills Rd. and turn right. Continue on Forest Hills Rd. to the third stop light at Tarboro St. Take a left. Continue on Tarboro St. and Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right as you pass through the first stop light at Glendale Dr.

From 301 (Coming from Rocky Mount): Turn right onto Lipscomb Rd. at the intersection with Lee Motor Company, Hubert Vester Toyota , Wilson Auto Park and McDonalds. Continue down Lipscomb Rd. through the 1st stoplight and merge into the right lane. Stay to the right at the top of the hill and merge onto Ward Blvd. at J.C. Harris Pontiac Cadillac. Continue down Ward Blvd. through seven stoplights. At the eighth stoplight turn right onto Tarboro St. Continue down Tarboro St. through one stoplight and Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the left after you pass Vinson-Bynum Elementary School.

From Hwy. 58 (Coming from Snow Hill): Continue on Hwy. 58, cross over Hwy. 301, bear left at the stop light onto Hines St., continue down Hines St., at the fourth stoplight take a left onto Tarboro St., continue down Tarboro St. through fourth stop light, Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the left after you pass Vinson-Bynum Elementary School.

From Hwy. 58 (Coming from Nashville): Follow Hwy. 58 into Wilson and pass through three stoplights at the fourth stoplight turn right onto Ward Blvd. Continue down Ward Blvd. through three stoplights. At the fourth stoplight turn right onto Tarboro St. Continue down Tarboro St. through two stoplights and Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the left after you pass Vinson-Bynum Elementary School.

From Hwy. 64 (Coming from Raleigh): From Hwy. 64, take Hwy. 264 East and travel the "outer loop" around Wilson. Take the Downing St. exit (Exit #42). Take a right off exit. Turn left at the first stoplight onto Forest Hills Rd. At the next stoplight, turn right onto Tarboro St. After you pass through the next stoplight at Glendale Dr., Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right.
Alternate route From Hwy. 264 (Coming from Greenville): Continue down Hwy. 264 towards Raleigh. Take the Tarboro St. Exit (Exit #40) Turn left off exit and follow Hwy. 42 into Wilson. Hwy. 42 becomes Tarboro St. Go straight through the stoplights at Forest Hills Rd. After you pass through the next stoplight at Glendale Dr., Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right.
From Hwy. 264 Bypass (Coming from Raleigh): Take Exit 40 / Wilson-Clayton to Hwy. 42. Turn left off exit towards Wilson. Follow Hwy. 42 into Wilson and travel to the fourth stoplight which is Glendale Drive and Tarboro Street. Medical Center’s main entrance will be on the right approximately ¼ mile past the stop light.

From Hwy. 117 (Coming from Goldsboro): Turn right at the stoplight at Hwy. 301 N. Continue under Hwy. 264 overpass. Turn left at stoplight at Forest Hills Rd. Continue on Forest Hills Rd. to the second stoplight. Turn right onto Tarboro St. After you pass through the next stoplight at Glendale Dr., Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right.

From Hwy. 42 (Coming from Clayton): Follow Hwy.... 42 into Wilson. Hwy. 42 becomes Tarboro St. Go straight through the stoplights at Forest Hills Rd. After you pass through the next stoplight at Glendale Dr., Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right.

From Hwy. 42 (Coming from Tarboro): Hwy. 42 becomes Herring Ave. Keep straight on Herring Ave. (will change to Hines St. once you cross over RR tracks.) Take a right onto Nash St. Follow Nash St. to the second stoplight and take a left onto Tarboro St. Travel through three stoplights and Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the left after you pass Vinson- Bynum Elementary School.
