Welcome to Wilson Medical Center’s complimentary Patient Greeting service.
Let a friend or family member know you’re thinking of them during their hospital stay by sending a greeting. Your message will be printed and delivered by a volunteer or staff member of Wilson Medical Center.

Please keep in mind that this is equivalent to sending a post card. We cannot provide privacy or confidentiality. This service should not be used to send confidential information including personal, medical or diagnostic information.

Hospital staff cannot respond back for the patient, nor do we provide outgoing e-mail services to our patients. Due to patient confidentiality and/or the patient's medical condition, we cannot confirm delivery of messages to our patients. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver cards to patients in our emergency department or patients receiving outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing.

Patient Greeting Delivery Schedule:

*Monday through Friday:
All messages received by 2pm Eastern Time will be delivered the same day.

*Fridays after 3:00 p.m. and Weekends:
All messages received after 3pm on Friday and weekends will be delivered on Monday.

Messages sent to patients that have been discharged cannot be delivered.

Privacy Notice: Patient Greetings are printed and delivered by hospital
volunteers and staff and they are not confidential. Information collected for the Patient Greetings will not be used for any other purposes. Wilson Medical Center does not take responsibility for the content of any message and reserves the right not to deliver any message deemed inappropriate.
